Registered Massage Therapist
Kim has over 20 years of experience doing a variety of relaxation massage modalities in various spa’s around the world. She recently graduated with Honour’s from the 2,200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and has recently obtained her RMT designation with the College of Massage Therapists of BC.
Kim is passionate about assessing each clients’ individual needs and treating them to assist in achieving greater mobility, decreased pain and to restore balance in their body to contribute to their quality of life and help get them back to doing the activities they love.
Some of the techniques she uses are Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Muscle Energy Technique and Passive Stretching. Each treatment is custom tailored to address the client’s short term & long term goals and at the end of each treatment homecare exercises are given to help maximize the client’s ability to achieve their treatment goals.
When she’s not working she can be found exploring the Squamish trails with her dog, or in the alpine hiking or skiing or spending time on the ocean.
